Who we are
Welcome to our community
Invitation to Inclusion is a Community Interest Company based in the North Cotswolds, a rural area where access to inclusive and meaningful activities can be limited.

We support young people aged 14+ and adults who are neurodiverse and/or have learning difficulties. Many of the individuals we work with may also have physical disabilities, and we are committed to making appropriate adaptations to ensure our activities are safe, accessible, and inclusive.

There is a clear need for provision that supports those who have struggled within traditional educational settings, or who have moved beyond them but still wish to learn, develop skills, and engage in creative experiences. Opportunities in rural areas are often limited, leaving individuals at risk of isolation and reduced confidence.

Our programmes focus on developing practical work-based skills, essential life skills, and opportunities for social connection and wellbeing. Alongside this, we provide training and professional development opportunities for support workers, helping to raise the quality and understanding of inclusive practice. We also aim to create clear pathways into further opportunities, including volunteering, employment, and continued learning.

Our purpose is to provide inclusive, practical and creative learning opportunities that build skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging through hands-on experiences.

We also offer paid sessions to the wider public, helping to sustain our work while promoting the value of creativity and balanced, meaningful activity for all.
